Christian Engesser verstärkt unser Team als amtierender Oberarzt des Universitätsspitals Basel. Nach seinem Studium in Innsbruck und Stationen am Kantonsspital Baselland sowie dem St. Claraspital spezialisierte er sich am USB, wo er seit 2023 in leitender Funktion tätig ist. Für unsere Patienten ist das ein besonderer Gewinn: Christian Engesser verbindet die persönliche Betreuung bei alta uro direkt mit dem Zugang zu universitärer Spitzenmedizin. Sein klinischer und wissenschaftlicher Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Diagnostik und Therapie des Prostatakarzinoms.Felix Wieland ist Oberarzt am Universitätsspital und Europäischer Facharzt für Urologie (FEBU). Seine umfassende Ausbildung absolvierte er an renommierten Kliniken in der Schweiz und Deutschland. Durch seine Tätigkeit an der Universität bringt er aktuelle wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse direkt in unsere Sprechstunde ein.
