There are several treatment options for almost every urological disease, including prostate cancer, for example. It is not uncommon for even experts' opinions on the "right therapy" to diverge. Therefore, in many cases, it can be useful to obtain a second medical opinion; in this way, misdiagnoses can be minimized and overtherapies can be avoided. In the same way, a second opinion can dispel doubts and simply give patients the good feeling that they are making the right decision.
